Hello. I am Kalvin Young. Twelve years in marketing and design, most of it spent making technical things clear to people who are not technical.
I now spend my time walking industrial estates in and around the Klang Valley: reading substation doors, measuring built-up against land area, spotting water ingress before it becomes a price negotiation.
What is written here comes from buildings I have been inside. Where I am quoting a figure I have not verified myself, I say so.
What this site is not. There are no listings, prices or properties advertised here, and nothing on this site is an offer or an invitation to transact. It is written to explain how industrial buildings work, for people who are about to spend a lot of money on one.
